This property also allows you to fully appreciate what the sky has to offer: amazing cloud formations; storms approaching over the lake; breath-taking sunrises and sunsets, moon-rises and moon-sets;  full rainbows and double rainbows; birds such as osprey, gulls, and an occasional bald eagle.  It is constantly changing and full of surprises!

The property offers plentiful opportunities to enjoy Lake Champlain.  Docks and moorings are available on-site for boating;  the beach and docks for sunning, fishing, swimming, and launching your canoe or kayak.  Our property backs up to 600-acre Alburgh Dunes State Park, which has a large, sandy beach that is the perfect place to spend a day with the kids, playing on the beach and splashing around in its clear water.
